- I've always felt that maintenance is not emphasized enough, and that everything in life requires maintenance: from physical things to friendships to emotions.
- The idea of this book is brilliant, but I think much more could be made of it: exploring machines, satellites in orbit, relationships, businesses all require maintenance.
- It is also a lost opportunity not to examine the airline industry which has gotten maintenance down to a science
